Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Two separate actions

Cancel subscription stops future renewals. A paid subscription remains available through the end of the current billing period unless a refund or product notice says otherwise.

Close account begins the product's recovery and deletion process. Closing an account is not required to cancel a subscription.

How to cancel

An account owner can cancel a subscription or close an account from the billing or account settings available in the product. If those controls are unavailable, contact [email protected].

We can act on account instructions only from an account owner or a person authorized to act for the owning organization.

After subscription cancellation

We will not renew the cancelled subscription. Access continues through the paid period. At the end of that period, a product with a free plan may move the account to that plan; otherwise, paid features become unavailable. Product content is not deleted merely because a subscription was cancelled.

LensCherry credit packs

LensCherry currently sells one-time credit packs, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Credits do not expire while the account remains open. Closing an account starts deletion; it does not automatically refund a credit purchase. Contact support before closure if you need a refund review.

Disconnecting an external tool

Disconnecting an app does not cancel your Thicket subscription or any separate subscription with the app's provider. It prevents subsequent requests using that authorization but does not undo activity or automatically erase copies already received by the external tool. Revoke any separately issued credentials and use the provider's controls for its copies.

Our deletion process covers information we hold and applicable processing by providers we engage. Contact us for assistance with those providers. Independently selected tools follow their own deletion procedures.

After account closure

Thicket workspace access ends and a 30-day recovery period begins. LensCherry provides 30 days to cancel an account-deletion request. Permanent removal from active systems is scheduled when that period ends. Ordinary customer-content recovery backups expire within a further 28-day window, with no monthly or annual database tier, and are scheduled for deletion within 60 days of account closure. Security, billing, configuration, and legally required records have separate retention rules. Content cannot be restored after permanent deletion.

Export anything you need before closing the account. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Charges and refunds

Cancellation does not automatically prorate the current billing period. If a renewal was unintended or another billing issue occurred, contact us. We review requests under the Refund Policy.

Suspension or closure by Vesperion Gate

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, prolonged inactivity, abuse, security risk, or a breach of the Terms of Service. When practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export content.
