If you're ever unhappy with any Vesperion Gate services or products for any reason, contact our support team.
LensCherry
LensCherry AI Services purchases (credits, subscriptions, or one-time uses) are non-refundable due to the high computational costs of AI processing. GPU resources are reserved and consumed immediately upon purchase. By purchasing LensCherry AI Services, you expressly waive any withdrawal period that may otherwise apply.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. Here are examples of refunds for LensCherry we may consider:
- If a technical issue on our end prevented you from using credits you purchased and we were unable to resolve it, we'll work with you on a refund or credit.
- If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we'll refund the incorrect charge.
- If you accidentally purchased duplicate credits within a short time frame, let us know and we'll review your case.
Thicket
Thicket subscriptions are paid on a monthly or annual basis. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Here are examples of refunds for Thicket we'd grant:
- If you were just charged for the next month or year of service but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that extra charge.
- If you forgot to cancel your account a couple months ago and you haven't used it since then, we'll give you a full refund for a few back months.
- If you tried Thicket for a couple months and you just weren't happy with it, you can have your money back.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant:
- If you forgot to cancel your account a year ago, and there's been activity on your account since then, we'll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.
- If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan and kept using it in general but you didn't end up using the extra features or storage space, we'd consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we'd issue a partial credit to your account.

Examples of full refunds we'd grant:
- If you were just charged for your next billing cycle but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that extra charge.
- If you forgot to cancel your account a couple months ago and you haven't used it since then, we'll give you a full refund for a few back months.
- If you tried one of our products for a couple months and you just weren't happy with it, you can have your money back.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant:
