We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with LensCherry within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your subscription fee, no questions asked.

After the 7-day window, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Here are some examples of when we'd issue a refund:

  • You were charged for a renewal but meant to cancel. We'll refund the charge.
  • You forgot to cancel months ago and haven't used the service. We'll refund the unused months.
  • A billing error on our part resulted in an incorrect charge. We'll fix it immediately.

Credits

Credits that have been used for generation (photos, videos, voiceovers) are non-refundable, as each generation consumes real processing resources at the time of use. However, if unused credits remain on your account, they may be considered as part of a broader refund or credit request.

We will always consider refunds or credits in these situations:

  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from using purchased credits, and we were unable to resolve it.
  • You accidentally purchased duplicate credits within a short time frame.
  • Generation repeatedly failed due to a platform issue (not a content policy violation).

Thicket

Thicket subscriptions are paid on a monthly or annual basis. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Here are examples of refunds for Thicket we'd grant:

  • If you were just charged for the next month or year of service but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that extra charge.
  • If you forgot to cancel your account a couple months ago and you haven't used it since then, we'll give you a full refund for a few back months.
  • If you tried Thicket for a couple months and you just weren't happy with it, you can have your money back.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant:

  • If you forgot to cancel your account a year ago, and there's been activity on your account since then, we'll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.
  • If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan and kept using it in general but you didn't end up using the extra features or storage space, we'd consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
  • If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we'd issue a partial credit to your account.

  • If you were just charged for your next billing cycle but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that extra charge.
  • If you forgot to cancel your account a couple months ago and you haven't used it since then, we'll give you a full refund for a few back months.
  • If you tried one of our products for a couple months and you just weren't happy with it, you can have your money back.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant:

  • If you forgot to cancel your account a year ago, and there's been activity on your account since then, we'll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

At the end of the day, nearly everything on the refund side is a judgment call. We want to make customers happy and we'll do what we can to make it right. Please reach out and we'll take care of you.
