Accounts are owned by the organization detailed during signup, if this is a legal entity. If the organization is unincorporated, the account is owned by the individual who signed up for the account.
When you sign up and create a Vesperion Gate account, the person who originally signed up for the account is by default designated as the primary Account Owner or Manager, but the role can be reassigned. Again, unless the organization is not a legal entity, the account and data held in it is ultimately owned by the organization.
For information about how to change the owner/manager, and their privileges, please review your account settings or contact our support team at [email protected].
Individual Accounts
For individual accounts (not associated with an organization), the account is owned by the individual who signed up and whose credentials are used to access the account. We will only communicate account information and make changes at the request of the verified account owner.
Transferring Account Ownership
If you need to transfer ownership of an account:
- The current account owner must initiate the transfer request
- We may require verification of identity for both parties
- For organization accounts, we may require documentation proving authority to make such changes
If you have questions about account ownership or need assistance with a transfer, please contact us at [email protected].
